ADT - e-commerce

In 2020, ADT partnered with VML to revamp their e-commerce experience. The goal was twofold: improve the on-site shopping experience and establish a strong Amazon presence to compete with brands like SimpliSafe. I led the creation of a visual, information-rich Amazon storefront for ADT’s new products, designed email campaigns that enabled direct purchasing from the inbox, and upgraded ADT’s e-commerce pages to simplify the path from product selection to purchase.
